As MC One of AIESEC for Poland we have been focusing a lot on Value Delivery and how to take it beyond in our entity. For make it happen, apart from individual initiatives and constantly touch points with commissions, we decided as MC to create a national project for that, CUSTOMER INTIMACY. Why? “As we move our strategies and directions to focus on our customers, we need to make sure that we are putting our CUSTOMER IN THE CENTER of our efforts, DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP and SHAPING OUR PRODUCTS towards them”.

The main initiatives include: S&S and Value Delivery Implementation.
