Dear Sir Or Madam I am writing to complain about a T-shirt that I bought from your online shop last month. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with long time of delivery and no reply for my last email. When I took it out of the box, I was very unhappy to find that in different colour. As if this were not enough, this T-shirt was too small.
