HELLO! Cheers for being brave and seeking new opportunities. This one is rare to find, but very important for the global organization. The International Control Board serves as an independent body designed to take care of the governance of the AIESEC portfolio. In this booklet you can find more information about the positions of ICB Team Members. We’re looking forward for your application and in case you’ll need some help, feel free to contact us! No applications will be accepted after deadline. Applications will be pre-screened, so some applicants might not be interviewed. Fluent English skills are a must (spoken and written). You need to answer all general questions and only the specific questions of the area you are applying for. If you want to apply for more than one area, remember to fill the specific questions for all areas you would like to be considered. For Board Development members: there are no restrictions/conditions. For Customer Support and Audit & Compliance members: current ECB Chairs cannot be part of these teams. If you are a current ECB Chair and wants to apply, keep in mind if selected for this area you will have to resign from your role from 1st January 2021 on. The term duration for all areas are for 6 months, with a possibility to extend it for more 6 months (tbd with the TL in charge). Original dates: start on 1st January 2021 and end of 31st June 2021.

AUDIT & COMPLIANCE In this team, we guarantee and control that the things are being done in the way they should be done. We are in direct contact not with the ECB network, but now we will work RO’s in order to have more control over our processes, understanding how they are and how they will be compliant according to our governance documents; expect a lot of interactión, action and analysis!

BOARD DEVELOPMENT

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

This is the place for those who love sharing and mentoring and inspiring. It’s easy for the ECB network to get lost, so they’ll need you there to coach them and guide their way.

In this area, we solve exchange related cases and provide interpretation on the APIP where doubts may arise.

This and more projects and tasks that evolve BD and enhance the quality of our network management - it’s all service and fulfilment around here!

With the data we collect, we analyse and provide insights to the ECB network and provide recommendations to them on how they can improve their customer support processes.

Audit & Compliance - 6 positions available The main responsibility of these members is the execution of the ICB audit funnel, legislated and explained in the APIP. The area is divided by regions for external reference. Each member shall be assigned as a responsible for a project or synergy detailed under the Internal Demands (on the right) DOUBTS?

CS Synergy Manager Customer support data collection for audit decisions.

BD Synergy Manager ECBs current state and issues data collection related with auditing and next steps for BD to implement.

Communication Manager Design of reports, booklets and all kind of communication to make it accessible, understandable and easy to apply for the entities and BD.

LOGISTICS - If selected for this area, you cannot have an ECB Chair role at the same time. - This are requires availability of 20h per week. - ICB is a virtual work, can work anywhere. - Accountable to: A&C TL and ICB Chair. - Required Attendance: weekly meetings, ICB monthly meetings and conferences or summits delivered by ICB (ex.: VICO). - The ICB member is a volunteer position.

Process Analyst Constant analysis regarding to the audit system (national and local) and projects related to this in order to improve the systems and compliance of the network.

Enhancement Manager Goal achievement framing, R&R system, general optimization and innovation for the coaching system, DI, and internal processes.

Maintenance and refresh of AIESEC help center with nre articles, FAQs, analyzes of content satisfaction and management of complaints received from there..

VoC Manager Designing dashboards, data collection and management from Zendesk as well as troubleshooting.
